The fan system is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Fan blades (fan blades)
Composition: The fan blades are usually composed of three parts: blades, blade frames and blade covers.
Function: The fan blades are the key components in the fan system to promote air flow. Through the appropriate installation angle and arc of the blades, the blades can produce a certain pressure on the air when rotating, thereby forming an airflow. The size, shape, number, angle, etc. of the fan blades will directly affect the fan's wind speed, air volume, power consumption, noise and vibration performance.
2. Fan cover (mesh cover)
Composition: The fan cover is the outer shell of the fan, which is used to protect the fan blades and motors, and prevent fingers or other objects from touching the rotating parts and causing injury or damage.
Features: Most of the mesh covers are ray-shaped structures formed by welding, and the ray-shaped mesh covers generally use 72 rays. The mesh covers are generally bright chrome-plated or galvanized, and some mesh covers are electrostatically sprayed to make the entire mesh cover appear firm, bright and beautiful.
3. Fan head
Composition: The fan head is mainly composed of a single-phase AC motor, a shaking mechanism and front and rear end covers. Among them, the motor is the power source of the fan, which uses the energized coil to rotate in the magnetic field to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.
Function: The fan head is responsible for driving the fan blades to rotate, and may include a shaking mechanism to realize the shaking function of the fan, thereby expanding the air supply range.
4. Base
Composition: The base is the supporting structure of the fan, usually made of aluminum alloy die-casting or plastic molding. The base is equipped with decorative panels and various control switches.
Function: The base not only supports the entire fan system, but also accommodates some control circuits and switches and other components for user convenience.
5. Control part
Composition: The control part is the operating part of the fan, which may include buttons, knobs or remote controls.
Function: The control part allows the user to adjust the fan speed, shaking range, timing and other functions to meet different usage requirements.
The fan system consists of five main parts: fan blades, fan cover, fan head (including motor and shaking mechanism, etc.), base and control part. These parts work together to realize the air supply function of the fan and provide a wealth of operating options to meet the diverse needs of users.
