The second case is when the coil is shorted or open. When the new fan doesn't rotate, it means the coil is shorted, the coil is open, the fan adjustment button is faulty, or the main control switch is faulty.

The third situation is that the fan is aging, the service life has reached, and a new fan can be replaced.
