When the weather turns cold, the electric fan that has been used for a summer should be stored and stored. The following work should be done specifically:
1. Correctly disassemble the parts according to the requirements of the fan circuit drawing. When operating, first open the mesh cover clamp, loosen the fastening bolts on the fan blade sleeve, and remove the fan blade; unscrew the 4 screw caps that fix the rear mesh cover, remove the gasket and the rear mesh cover, and replace the nut gasket recovery.
2. Do a good job in maintenance of plating parts. First use a soft cloth to wipe clean the dust stains and moisture on the plated parts, and then apply a thin layer of engine oil for protection.
Please note that it must be wiped clean before oiling, otherwise the water will not evaporate easily after oiling, which may cause corrosion dust spots, which will cause the plating parts to rust.
3. Do a good job of maintaining the painted parts. Wipe it with a soft cloth. If the stain on it is not easy to wipe off, wipe it with soapy water with less alkali content, or wipe it with a small amount of kerosene, then clean it and wipe it dry. After disassembling the fan blades, wrap them in soft paper and place them between the front and rear screens to prevent the blades from deforming.
4. Maintenance of other parts. The power cord should not be exposed to harmful gases, such as mosquito coils, gas, etc., otherwise it will change the color or even cause an accident. The motor bearing is an oil-impregnated copper bearing. In order to prevent oil loss, a proper amount of engine oil can be injected into the oil injection hole. The head of the shaking head knob is placed on the shaking head position to prevent the compression spring from being in a non-compressed state.
5. In addition, before the fan head is put into the plastic bag and carton, it is best to run it for ten minutes without load, and wait until the fan head is completely cooled before packaging, so that the motor will be dry during the winter.
