After the ignition switch is turned on, the pointer of the water temperature gauge indicates the temperature of the engine cooling water.
Thermostat: The thermostat can adjust the route of the cooling liquid circulation and change the speed of cooling liquid heat dissipation with the change of the cooling liquid temperature. When the engine temperature is low, the thermostat makes the cooling system conduct a small cycle; when the engine temperature reaches a certain level, the cooling system conducts a large cycle. In order to ensure that the engine works at the best temperature.
Shutters: The function of the shutters is to control the air flow through the radiator in order to adjust the degree of heat dissipation of the radiator. The shutter is installed in front of the radiator, and it is equipped with a connecting rod leading to the cab. There is a joystick in the cab. The driver can operate the handle to open or close the shutter according to his needs, so as to control the cooling intensity of the engine.
Fan and fan drive belt: The fan is installed on the water pump pulley in front of the cylinder block, and its function is to strengthen the air circulation, blow off the heat on the surface of the radiator, and improve the cooling efficiency. The fan belt is used to drive the water pump and the fan to work.
Silicone oil fan clutch. The silicone oil fan clutch can make the engine cooling fan change with the temperature of the engine. When heat dissipation is not required, the fan does not rotate, and only rotates when heat dissipation is required.
